Right of Withdrawal

Consumer's Right of Withdrawal

(A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for essentially non-commercial or non-existent purposes).

We accept order cancellation within 01 hour of placing the order before the product has been shipped or manufactured. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

After 01 hour it is too late to cancel and you must follow our returns procedure.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of the delivery of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Additionally, it must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer service to ensure that you send the package to the correct address.

If a customer returns an item to our central warehouse, a full refund will be processed promptly when the return tracking code confirms delivery to the warehouse address. If the item does not reach our warehouse, we regret to inform you that a full refund cannot be granted to the customer. This policy ensures transparency and fair treatment of returns and provides clarity on the conditions for eligibility for a refund.

Notes

Individually ordered or personalized items cannot be refunded within 14 days.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer must bear the shipping costs. The amount of the fee depends on the express service chosen by you.

If the received goods are damaged or faulty due to our fault, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.

The consumer does not have to pay a restocking fee when returning a product.

During Christmas week, all purchases made between December 22 and December 27 are non-refundable. This provision applies both in-store and online. Refund (if applicable)

Once we receive and evaluate your return, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email. We will also inform you whether your refund has been accepted or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 2 business days.

"This means that you should have received the money back into your account within 2 working days."

If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially transferred. Next, contact your bank. It often takes some time for the refund to be posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@dailymode.co.uk


Return Conditions for Beauty Products and Underwear

You can revoke the contract without stating reasons within 14 days of receiving your order and return the products. You must return the purchased products in undamaged, unopened, factory-new packaging, and in unused condition (for hygienic reasons). Our Daily mode team may request evidence so that we can determine whether we can accept the return.

PLEASE NOTE: Discounted products and sale items cannot be returned. Only products not covered by the discount can be returned.
