HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

At Daily Mode, we work hard to deliver your orders quickly. But sometimes, global celebrations cause some delays. Different countries have their own holidays, and this can slow down the making and sending of your items a bit.

We do our best to minimize this and make sure you get your order soon. If there's a delay, we'll let you know right away. We appreciate your patience and understand that these celebrations are important.

Processing time:

Within 1-2 business days of receiving your order, it will be reviewed, approved, and packed. Then your package will be prepared for transportation.

Delivery time:

When the package is picked up by our carrier, it will be sent to the following address:

*All delivery times are without customs delays. During peak seasons such as Covid, Christmas, and Black Friday, delays may occur.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We offer free shipping.

Delivery when you are not at home or at the post office

If a package is delivered to your home or left at a post office, Daily Mode covers the cost of delivering the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will be automatically returned to the carrier, and we have the right to deduct 15 euros from the amount you receive as compensation.

Defective or Incorrectly Delivered Goods

Defective or incorrectly delivered goods must be reported to the provider in writing within 7 days of receipt. If this deadline is exceeded, we unfortunately cannot accept returns and refunds. The products must be returned in the original packaging and in unused condition.
